Riverview, Florida
Lawn care for Riverview homes.
Riverview is a newer suburb just south of Brandon, and we mow and edge here on a steady schedule.
We keep beds weeded and mulched, lay sod, and clear yards that got ahead of their owners.
Most Riverview homes sit in newer subdivisions, so the work is steady upkeep: clean edges, even turf, tidy beds.
Call or text, and we will look over the yard with you and give you a clear quote.

About 7 in 10 homes were built in 2000 or later, and nearly three in four are single-family.
Neighborhoods include Winthrop, Boyette, Bell Creek Preserve, Summerfield and historic Peru.
Bell Creek Nature Preserve, Winthrop Town Centre and the Riverview Civic Center are local landmarks.
Main roads are the Selmon Expressway, US 301 and Boyette Road, and central Tampa is about 24 minutes away.
The local angle
The Alafia River runs through north Riverview, and county rules keep fertilizer 10 feet back from surface water.
Hillsborough County’s fertilizer rule also restricts nitrogen and phosphorus from June 1 to September 30.
About 7 in 10 homes here were built in 2000 or later, so many yards are newer lawns and beds.
For new sod, UF/IFAS says to wait 30 to 60 days to fertilize and to mow once the roots have pegged down.
